History of Roundish Music Store
1996 Lives in London for his first overseas purchase
2001: Started up JET SET store in Kobe, Japan.
2002 Established flourish records. Moved to the U.K. and the U.S. by himself for a year and a half to be able to purchase more items.
2004: Changed the name from flourish records to roundish after returning to Japan.
2005: Started a store in Horie Osaka.
2006 Moved from Horie to Honmachi. The store was featured in magazines such as Hanako, Rurubu, FUDGE, and GROOVE, as well as in “A Journey to Record Stores with DJs,” “Seeking Out the Best Record Stores,” and “That Record I'll Buy.

2008 roundish music store relocated from Honmachi to Amerikamura
2011 Opened a restaurant in Horie. Published in magazines “meets”, “seven”, “cazi cazi”, etc.
2015 Opened a sake specialty restaurant in Shinsaibashi. Featured in magazines such as “dancyu”, “meets”, “seven”, “dancyu”, and “BRUTUS”.
2016 Opened a restaurant in Umeda. TV coverage “Kyomo Heho” and “Kansai Joho Net ten”. Published in magazines “meets”, “Kansai Walker”, “Amakara Notebook”, “SAVVY” and others.
2018 Opened a ramen restaurant in Umeda.
2020 Withdrew from all restaurant business for Corona.
2024 Re-open with more power after 4 years! We will contribute to sound, food, and culture, including linking with restaurants under the investment of KDC Corporation.
